Where is Gentleman's Guru located?

We are an online only retailer located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We do not currently have any walk-in locations.

How can I contact customer service?

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paypal. We use the Paypal payment platform to process payments but a Paypal account is not needed

Do you take payments over the phone?

No, we do not take phone orders. This is to protect your financial information.

What is your refund policy?

You can read our refund policy here

Once your order has been refunded by us your card company will take an average of 3 to 5 business days to apply the credit back onto your payment card. If you do not see that credit after this time, please contact your card company for further information.


Do you offer items for rent?

No, we do not rent any of the items we offer on our website

What size should I order?

Not all manufacturers use the same set of measurement standards when manufacturing. For this reason we have provided size charts shown on our product pages. The size charts include  diagrams showing you what measurements will be needed in order to select the best size. 

Please do not assume that because you wear a certain size in a particular item that size will fit you in all items. Many of our products are a slim fit cut and you may need to go up in size in order to get the best fit.

Do you offer childrens sizes?

We are unable to provide children’s sizes for any of the items we have on our website.

Can I purchase just the jacket/vest from a full tuxedo suit?

We do not currently sell our full tuxedo suits as separate pieces.

Can I customize my order?

We do not currently offer custom color combinations at this time. Custom sizing is available only on our made to order full tuxedos suits. Jackets can not be made in custom sizes at this time.

To place a custom size tuxedo order, check the “Add your custom measurements“ box on the product page & then click on the Custom Measurement Guide. The easy to follow pictorial instructions show you how/where to take the measurements needed to place a custom order.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Occasionally orders may take longer to process. Once shipped, delivery is estimated at 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the delivery address and shipping location.

Made to order tuxedos have a processing/delivery time of 3 to 5 weeks from our international manufacturer. In some cases, they may be shipped from our US location.

Custom size orders will require 4 to 5 weeks to be processed and shipped from our international manufacturing partner.

How can I get expedited shipping?

contact us at with either your order number or the item and size you are interested in as well as where you would like the item shipped to and we will be happy to provide you with expedited shipping information.

We proudly support the United States Postal Service and use their services for expedited shipping. If you have an account with FedEx, UPS or some other shipper you would like us to use when shipping your order, please contact us for further information.

Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! We provide tracking numbers for all order items once they have shipped.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Do not be alarmed if you have only received part of your order. If you have purchased a made to order or custom size tuxedo suit it will be shipped from our international manufacturer after it has been made. If there are other items in your order, we send them to you as soon as possible from our other locations.

Are there any international taxes or duties I am required to pay?

Orders shipped to the United States from any of our locations are not required to pay any additional international taxes or duties. 

Items shipped any of our locations to destinations outside the United States may be subject to additional taxes and duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. To find out more about any additional fees, please contact your country's Customs Department for information.
