The tie itself is very nice, and delivery was very quick. I was a little disappointed that it is a tad narrower than I would have preferred, but I knew that going in, as I had emailed first to find the exact width and got a quick reply.
Overall, I'd say 4.5 out of 5, but since you don't allow for that I have to go for 4 (hey, nothing is perfect!).

THANK YOU! Your staff went above and beyond. .. I had a time limit on wearing the tie after receiving order confirmation I emailed to see if the shipment would be made on that day – a Friday. .. I received a response that they had personally seen that the tie shipped. .. I was blown away at the personalized customer service. .. I was fortunate to have been inducted into the hall of fame in my hometown and one day I googled green and gold tie. Your company and this tie popped up and I bought it. ..
