I wore a turtleneck (not tuxedo shirt) underneath the jacket, I got mad compliments on the jacket! I’m 6’2, 295 lbs (football build) and the 46R Large fit perfectly in length of sleeves, length of jacket and size overall with no alterations needed!. good quality fabric. Craftsmanship is very good for the affordable price. My go to site for a blazer or tux.
