Bow tie didn’t arrive on time so I’m not able to rate this product and we sent the product back. That’s why in the pictures you see that my son is wearing a pink satin bow tie with the pink Tux.
Used the size guide on your site and ensured I ordered the size that matched the measurements just taken a few days prior for a custom suit I ordered. Despite that, it was too small. Instead of exchanging it for the right size, I was refunded for the original order and was told to place a new order for the bigger size (thus losing the 10% “new customer” discount I was given since that wasn’t applied to the replacement order) plus I had to pay $17.10 for USPS (trackable) return mail to send the smaller size back. It would have been MUCH more customer friendly had GG provided a return shipping label and simply sent me the proper size considering the website size guide led me to order the wrong size in the first place. Clearly GG is not a customer-focused organization.

The shoe box was damaged badly I have NO STORAGE BOX fortunately the loafers were not damaged I was Very Disappointed to not have a box for storage
